This recipe is a keeper!! A friend of mine said, "This is so good, it's scandalous!" Seriously that good!
The first time I made it, I substituted the pumpkin puree for pumpkin pie puree and didn't use the cinnamon or nutmeg. It turns out just as good!
Second time I made it like the recipe, though for the sugar I followed the advice and did 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups white sugar. I also added in a teaspoon of vanilla and reduced the nutmeg to 1 teaspoon.
Yields one loaf and 12 muffins! :D
