Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
Really good, but this is WAY too watery!!! It's more like an enchilada sauce than a salsa. I should have looked up some of the reviews before making this. Next time I will omit the water as many of the reviewers suggested. Otherwise, great flavor and really easy to prepare.

Brownie Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2010
This is a defineite keeper!!! I had to bring a dessert to a work event and was really short on time. I picked up a box of bite size brownies at Costco and topped them with this frosting. It literally took me 15 minutes from start to finish! I spooned the frosting on top of each brownie, let it harden up a bit, then spooned some more on! Simple and Delish!!!! Thanks for sharing!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2010
I don't even really care for dill and this was FANTASTIC! I didn't have a lemon on hand, so I just squirted a little bottled lemon juice on the fillets before cooking them! I also used plain non fat yogurt in place of the sour cream to make the sauce virtually guilt free! I also took the advice of another reviewer and warmed up the sauce in the microwave a little bit! Thanks so much for sharing!

Ten Clove Garlic Marinade

Reviewed: May 6, 2008
I literally whipped this marinade up in less than 10 minutes as I was running out the door this morning. I used slightly less salt (1/2 tsp.) and becuase I only had two cloves of garlic on hand, I also threw in some garlic powder. I marinated chicken breasts all day and I broiled them when I got home from work. This was super easy to prepare and tastes great too! Thanks for the fantastic recipe!
