Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

Oh my goodness these really taste good!! I can understand why people wanted to add more olive oil.... but they do cook just fine although it was "dry"... just keep stirring!

Very yummy!!! Mine were a bit sticky at first... perhaps because I was using 1% milk... I just added a bit more flour and it was fine!

Parmesan Chicken II

My family absolutely LOVED this! My husband who usually says, "It's alright" said he loved it. I added a little garlic to the mixture and am excited to tweak a little more to see what other flavors can be put with it.

Dill Pickles

These were soooooo FABULOUS! I'm so excited that we've finally come to the point where we can eat them! Thank you for sharing! Mine were nice and crisp! I did add some alum as suggested to help with that. We have just thrown out any other pickles in our fridge... we won't be going back!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This is sooooooo good! I had to omit the pepper because my husband doesn't care for it (who doesn't like pepper??!)... but it still tasted wonderful! We even added mushrooms to it one time. Definitely a keeper!!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

These were so moist and soooooo good! I subsituted cranberries for the raisins, and added 1 tsp. of orange extract. I got many compliments as they were for a tea.
