Southwestern Chicken Barley Soup

Very good more like chili than soup great way to use up some leftovers I used turkey instead of chicken and had some leftover black beans and rice and just tossed it in along with all the ingredients in the recipe. Topped it with mexican blend cheese a little sour cream and scallions.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

It was great thought it was a lot of pepper but it wasn't, will make again and again. The chicken had a nice flavor and so moist and tender. I used our set it and go rotisserie and it was ready in 2 1/2hrs for a 8 1/2 lb. roaster chicken. Thanks for a great recipe

GREAT! the only thing I did different was I pounded the chicken to 1/4" thickness to cook quicker. This is definately a keeper.

A nice hearty soup will definatly make again. Next time I will add a bay leaf and no salt seasoning and pepper.

Buttery Herb Wine Sauce

This is a quick and easy sauce that I used to put on baked chicken. I made a couple of changes. I left out the salt and did not have any eggs so I made it without it and used fresh mushrooms and I used half and half I didn't have the cream.It tasted great. The next time I won't put in the flour we like it on the thinner side I had to add more cream to thin it. I will be putting this on my rotation of meals. Thanks for such a great recipe.
