Strawberry Soup I

A co-worker brought this to work and it was absolutely delicious. I only ate 4 pieces as I wanted to give others a chance to taste it. She says she covers with foil about half way through so as not to over-brown the pecan topping. Yummy!

Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping

Absolutely delicious! A big hit every time I make it. When I make it, it takes a while for the broth to cook off so I hold off on cooking ravioli until pepper topping is close to done. Ravioli doesn't take long to cook. Just have boiling water ready for when you need to start them.
