Tater Tot Casserole

My husband and I really loved this casserole. Neither of us had ever had one before so we were pleasantly surprised. The only thing I added was garlic while browning the ground beef and onions. Simply delicious!

Shepherd's Pie

Simple recipe with great flavor. I have been making this recipe for several years now and my husband and son ask for it on a regular basis. Sometimes I just use leftover veggies from the frige rather than the can of mixed veggies. Still turns out great. I also like to put cheddar cheese on top but by judging from the pic's that are posted, so do alot of people. Thanks for sharing!

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

My family really enjoyed this dish. The pork chops come out very tender and the potatoes are perfectly seasoned. I think the dried thyme adds a wonderful dimension to the dish. I have made this several times as written and has turned out great each time. Thanks for sharing.

Greasy Chicken

I made this recipe last night pretty much exactly as written. The chicken came out tender and wonderfully flavorful. My husband and son both loved it as much as I did. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Stuffed Green Peppers I

My family loved these peppers. The best part was that my son who will not eat rice ate these. He didn't even realize the rice was in them. I made these just as written except I added garlic and I also put more cheese on top. Fabulous!! Thank you!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Let me start by saying that trying this recipe was an adventure for my niece and I. Neither one of us cares for fish. My son told me to try tilapia because he thought I would like it. So while my niece was visiting last weekend, we decided to try it. We found this recipe and all I can say is we are hooked! This was so delicious I couldn't believe I was eating fish. The topping was fabulous especially where it browned the most. Thanks Phoebe for making fish a part of my diet!

Asparagus with Garlic and Onions

This was very tasty. We didn't use as much butter as the recipe called for and the aspargus turned out just fine. We added more garlic and a some red pepper flakes. Very good. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

DeeAnn's Cheesy Bacon Cabbage

I made this last night after buying fresh cabbage at the local farmer's market. The only thing I did different was to sautee onions and garlic before adding the cabbage to the pan. I think this may have been bland if I hadn't done that. Some reviewers said this didn't need the cheese so I tried it with and without and I personally prefered it with the cheese. The cheese added another layer of flavor. Thanks for sharing. We really enjoyed your recipe.

Beef Noodle Bake

I made this recipe mostly as written. Only difference I made was using real garlic instead of garlic salt. My boyfriend loved it; I thought it was good but not great. I will make again only next time I will add pepper or red pepper flakes as I thought it was missing something. Thanks for submitting.

Hot Spinach Dip

I found this dip to be very tasty. I also added artichokes and it turned out well. Next time though I will bake in the oven. It didn't stay warm for very long after coming out of the microwave.

Spinach Stuffing Balls

I made this recipe because I like spinach. This was disappointing. The spinach overpowered every other flavor. I will try this again but I will use half the spinach and more parmesan and may try feta like other reviewers.

Quick Creamy Potato Soup

This potato soup was very good. This was my first attempt at any kind of soup and it turned out delicious. It wasn't as thick as I had hoped it would be which is why I only gave 4 stars. I did add garlic and celery with the onions when you sautee. I had shredded cheddar and crumpled bacon to put on top each individual bowl. This was good and I will make it again.

I found this to be ok. Seemed too thick to be dipping bread so I put out crackers as well. Had a very good taste but was just too thick.

Brunch Scramble

I made this for Christmas brunch. It is simply fantabulous and my whole family raved about it all day. The only change I made was the half-and-half. I used whole milk instead and it turned out great. Thanks for posting this recipe!
