So nummy!!! OMG. Tender, juicy, great flavor. I marinated mine for about 20 hours, and it was great. Cooked on charcoal grill for about an hour. I doubled marinade, but only used a pinch of cinamon. I dont think I would have liked it too well with alot of cinamon. I just used a pinch, so it had a subtle flavor. I did like others suggested and boiled the sauce. I did not care too much for the sauce on the meat or as a gravy for the potatoes. It was too sweet, and the cinamon flavor was too pronounced. Otherwise, great receipe. Thanks!!!
