Spicy Hot Chicken Legs

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
Very juicy and tender! i cooked for 3 hours in the oven at 200 then 20 min at 400. I halved the recipe since i'm only cooking for 2. doesn't look anything like the picture. hot sauce was not too much and i don't eat BBQ sauce and rarely eat hot sauce.Very good, will be making again!

This is a great starting point for chinese food. I added 1/8 ginger powder, 1/8 garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of veg oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, a dash of worchestershire sauce, 3 celery stalks, and 1 package of mushrooms. I will use less noodles next time. EXCELLENT!!!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2009
Great first time pot pie recipe! I used rotissierie chicken, boiled 1 potato in the chicken broth, used 1/2 bag of frozen veggies instead of carrots and peas, and added mushrooms right after onions in butter. It was delicious! Husband said it was the best pot pie he ever had!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
The best turkey I have ever eaten, and the only turkey I have made! I used "turkey brine" from this site and followed the rest of this recipe. I had a 21lb bird and brined it for 24hrs. I let it rest after a good rinse for 3hrs in the morning, then roasted it at 500degrees for 20min and lowered the temp to 350 for the rest of the roast. It was done sooner than expected, only 3 1/2 hrs into cooking. I will prepare for the bird to be done sooner next time, since I will be able to sleep longer!
