Hearty Beef Stew

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
I love this recipe with cornbread on a cold day! It's easy to put together, and I love that I can put it in the slow cooker and not think about it till dinner time. My husband LOVES this recipe as do I!

Breaded Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
This recipe is easy, and the chicken is very tender. You can serve it with pasta and salad for a great dinner...My husband constantly asks for this. It's a great one!

Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
The mustard sauce was a little creamy. I'd add more mustard to it...other than that, it was easy to make, and it was delish!

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
The recipe calls for too much salt. The boullion (sp?) has WAY more than enough salt. I would also add a little more sage. Other than that...the recipe was good.

Cheesy Stuffed Shells

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
I've never made Stuffed Shells before and I found this recipe to be relatively easy to follow. My husband fell in love with these. My mother in law stole a few too...that's how good they were.

Bessy's Zesty Grilled Garlic-Herb Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
This recipe is relatively easy for the most part. I took the advice of previous reviews and nixxed the saffron for cost purposes. I would add a few extra shakes of the cayenne pepper though, because it does add more flavor. I've only tried this recipe on chicken breasts, not legs, thighs or wings, but I'm sure it's do-able. This recipe is fun to try at least once. You might want to use a little less than what they recommend for olive oil and honey because there seemed to be a little too much. Plus you want to get the spices in there as much as poassible to hold he flavor, and if it's all olive oil and honey, then it tastes a little off.
