Lemon-Maple Butternut Squash

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2007
I steamed the squash. Next time would bake. It didn't take enough maple syrup to give it the sweeter taste that I would like. Easy.

New recipe, but every time I have served it guests have asked for the recipe. Good dressing and it makes enough for additional uses.

An excellent recipe when you are trying to eat healthy. Very good as Tacos, also very good as the "meat" for a Taco salad. Will make again and again. Thanks for sharing Michelle.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2008
This is my most requested recipe - I have used this recipe since 1976 from the McCalls Cooking School cookbook. The addition of Italian seasoning is interesting. I use hot Italian sausage links; we like the extra spice and usually 1# of mozzarella cheese. I often double the recipe - since you are going to all the work - and freeze the second casserole for another very special meal. My family - all grown - continue to request Mom's Lasagna when they come for dinner and say no matter how good other lasagna might be this is the best!

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2008
This is the recipe that I now always use for salmon - can do it either on the grill or in the oven! Guests ususally request the recipe - and it's easy enough to remember when I'm traveling and cooking. Thank you Tina for an awesome recipe.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
A great BBQ recipe - probably will replace my old oven recipe that my Mom & Dad used for chicken and/or ribs!! I would agree that for enough sauce for 4 pounds of ribs you might want to make additional sauce. If there was too much could always be used with chicken on another day. Thanks for sharing, Scott.
