Strawberry Tiramisu for Two

We weren't big fans. It reminded me more of strawberry shortcake than tiramisu. I think the strawberry overpowered the espresso flavor. I'll be sticking to regular tiramisu from now on. I also wouldn't recommend pureeing an entire pint as suggested in the original recipe. I had way too much puree and no desire to use it in anything else.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

My husband requires this once a week. He even told co-workers about it and I've had several requests for the recipe. Needless to say, it's made it into our regular rotation. I followed another reviewer's suggestion and added cornstarch dissolved in water after removing the meat, then cooked on high for an additional 10 minutes to thicken the au jus so it's a gravy.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Grilled the filets on our George Foreman, then followed other reviewers' suggestions to add a pinch of brown sugar to the glaze then heat until thickened. Made this for valentine's day and my husband raved. He even dipped his bread in the sauce he loved it so much.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

Yum! I'm a pizza fanatic and was really anxious to find a healthy crust. This was great. I followed the previous reviewer's suggestion and microwaved a cup of water, then put the crust in the microwave to rise. I let it rise for 10 minutes, but it didn't rise much. I didn't have any more time, so I rolled it out anyhow. I pre-baked it for 12 minutes at 350, and it rose significantly. Added toppings and cooked for another 10 minutes. Came out tasting great. However, it really stuck to my pan. I floured well as suggested in the recipe, but next time I'll use cooking spray.
