My cooking tragedies
The same dinner, when the brother-in-laws were cleaning up the dishes, they stuffed too many leftovers down the garbage disposal, it clogged the drainage system and my basement flooded with everyone still here! Needless to say that was the last really big family dinner I cooked for a while!

Deer Jerky
I have it in the oven right now and it smells delicious!. I used kabob sticks to skewer the meat and hang between the oven rack. Worked like a charm!

Grilled Chicken Taco Salad
I made this with some left over chicken from Costco one breast anf one thigh and drumstick cut up, added more salsa to the bean mixture, about 1 cup I think, and then layered the beans and then the chicken in Tortilla's covered with cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce. baked in a 350' oven for 30 minutes. Very good! Oh yeah, omit the lettuce!

Zucchini Fritters with Fresh Mozzarella and Tomato
I only would give this 2 stars as it is rather bland. I think that more Parmesan cheese would help and I would grill the mozzarella on top of the tomato before placing it on top of the fritter.
