Sangria! Sangria!

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
AMAZING. Ok so I was worried at first about the amount of alcohol in here but this sangria disappeared on us. I tripled the recipe for our party so I added 3 cans of gingerale to it. That put the cherry on the cake. Make sure to mix it from time to time because the brandy tends to go down the bowl which makes the last cups very strong.

Jalapeno Poppers of Champions

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
They were the highlight of the party for sure. There was missing something, but can't figure it out yet. I think some flavour added to the cheese would be nice.

Caraway Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
This was very popular with the guests that liked Caraway seeds. I did modify it a bit by putting only 2 tbsp of caraway and 1 tbsp of poppy seeds around the ball. But this is a very very good ball of cheese.

Eggplant Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2011
This was amazing. I changed up the cheese and it lived up to it's reviews. I sprinkled Romano cheese, then Parmesan, then mozzarella and then feta.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
AWESOME! I am not a potato person but these will now be made often. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I felt it needed to be changed a bit for my taste. Did not add the onions because I wanted the flavor of the honey to come out. Also I added 1 tsp of minced garlic. So you can called these Honey Garlic Roasted Potatoes. These are just amazing and everyone loved them. You have to try.
