Curried Carrot Soup
This was not flavorful enough for my taste. When I made it a second time I added an additional 2 teaspoons of cumin, 6 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. I also used additional vegetable broth to thin it instead of water. These changes made a very tasty soup.

Caesar Salad II
I have used this recipe for years. It's been my favorite for a long time. If you're out of croutons you can use crackers to thicken this in a pinch.

Baked Kale Chips
I only baked them for 10 minutes and they were already getting black around the edges, but they were so good.
