EAGLE BRAND® Chocolate Fondue

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
Perfect recipe! The consistency was dead on. The flavor depends on the quality of chocolate you use. I used Bakers Squares and it was okay. I might splurge for a better chocolate next time especially after seeing how inexpensive a fondue dinner is to make.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
This is a very good recipe. I read other reviews and was worried about it resulting grainy... So I whisked it from beginning to end and ended up with a really good creamy sauce. This recipe cooks really fast, so I would recommend having the ingredients pre-measured and just ready to pour into the saucepan. I would give it 5 stars, except that eating more than a half cup serving felt like too much good stuff. OH, and another thing.. I cooked sliced hot dog wieners on the side and added it to the finished dish. Very good! My husband said that was the best part of the dish.

Yum!!! Instant hit with the whole family!! Followed recipe exactly and it was wonderful! I have already made it twice! I had to double the recipe the second time because everyone wanted more.

Beefaroni

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
This was good. I did, however, alter the recipe only a little. I added crushed garlic to the beef while it was browning, once it was browned, i added a whole can of diced tomatoes with their juice, and a sprinkle of lawry's seasoned salt, and i let it simmer until the juice from the tomatoes was pretty much evaporated. Then, I mixed all the ingredients before putting in the casserole, and sprinkled the top with mozzarella. yum. It was enough to serve 4 hungry adults. Very delicious. Will definitely try again, maybe next time, i will add cream cheese.

Mary Anne's Carrot Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2007
The only change I made to this recipe is that I scaled back on the oil to only one cup as suggested per other reviewers, and I used individual mini-bundt pans because I was taking this to my boyfriend's family's house for Thanksgiving. The cake was so moist it was actually mooshy, and it was hard to take out of the mini-bundt pans, I had to use a spatula to scrape it off the sides. I tried baking them longer, but it only added to my array of problems. My boyfriend's family said that it was really good, but i think they were just being polite. I personally didn't like it, and I'm not at all picky with my desserts as i have an insatiable sweet tooth. I probably won't be making this again.
