There are NO flaws in this recipe. Such an easy one to make and the flavor is unparalleled. Spicy but still maintains terrific flavor. We topped ours with Mexican cheese! This recipe also makes A LOT of chili so be prepared to fill a large crockpot and have leftovers...maybe. :)

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

One word...wow! This recipe is going in my recipe box! They taste like a blueberry muffin mixed with coffee cake. I used brown sugar for the streusel and added a handful of walnuts to the top each filled muffin tin to give it some crunch. Remember to fill the tins to the top to get that huge bakery muffin look and spray your muffin pan THOROUGHLY with Pam!

Shepherd's Pie Daddy's Way

Love it! The cream of mushroom makes the hamburg so much tastier. Also, this pie is so versatile...I added peas, carrots and used instant potatoes.

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

OMG everyone must try these cookies at some point. I am not a chocolate cookie gal but these were fabulous. I was hesitant about the consistency when they were freshly baked. However, give them a day to settle and they are the most wonderful chewy and chocolately cookies you've ever had. They remind me of chewy Girl Scout Grasshopper cookies but with more flavor.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Don't let the cottage cheese fool you! Sounds a little strange but it is perfect for enchiladas. The cottage cheese melts down and gives the enchiladas a great flavor and smooth texture. Great recipe!

Coconut Shrimp I

OMG what a great and simple recipe! I didn't have time to refrigerate so I just made sure the batter wasn't drippy before frying and they still came out wonderful! Also looooove the dip. I had no idea that the dip they serve in restaurants was so easy to make! 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful! No one flavor overpowers the other...it's a nice delicate balance of spicy and salty. Sooo good and sooo easy! More proof that bacon goes with EVERYTHING!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

AMAZING! If you want buttery moist banana bread then this is your recipe! I added 2 tsp vanilla extract and substituted wheat flour to make it a bit more "healthy" and it came out great.
