Stuffed Peppers My Way
these were soooo goood!!! this was my first time cooking a stuffed pepper and i am glad i choose this recipe. i have had other stuffed peppers that firends made from this website , but none beat this. i only made one adjustment and added some asparagus and used mozzarella...yuumm!!!

these where really good, my brother couldn't stop eating them! i made a few changes: i didn't have any fresh cranberries so i soaked some dried in orange juice, i also didn't have enough butte(thanks to my brother while i was at the store) so i used applesauce. they turned out great!
