Me & my new son
About this Cook
I live in Alaska my whole life, love to cook. I have my families love for food and I love to include my son in cooking as he enjoys it alot too.
My favorite things to cook
Mashed potatoes, tuna casserol, game hens, love to try new things as much as possible.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Stuffing with cranberries and great-granmothers turkey with gravey. Its the same every year but I have never tasted anything like it anywhere.
My cooking triumphs
Making a pot pie out from scratch without a recipe. (note never use cream of celery for the sauce, very salty)
My cooking tragedies
umm.. gravey from scratch that never turned out ok, tasted like flour.

Fruity Tart
When I tried it the pie shell didn't hold up but maybe was because i used instant pudding (couldn't find non instant) and used shortbread pie shell. Not advised but was great even mashed up. Nice change to have something yo use fruit in.
