Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2012
These are really good. Something different than using over ripe bananas is bread! As others stated, I used 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Used 3 ripe bananas. Instead of 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, I used 1 cup semisweet chips and 1 cup peanut butter chips. Bananas, chocolate AND peanut butter. Yummy!

My husband and I both LOVE this! It's easy to make and oh so delicious. As a matter of fact, my hubby requested this tonight for supper.

Sausage Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2008
Great hardy cold night meal. I did use cream of mushroom with garlic soup (the hubby loves garlic). Other than that I followed the recipe and it was great. The leftovers warmed up the next night were almost better than the original meal. The next time I make this (and I will) I'm going to use Italian sausage for a change of pace.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
Delicious and juicy. I used chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken. Still basted every 15 minutes. The marinate browns to a beautiful color. Served this with scoured potatoes and snow peas. Delicious meal!!

Butter Bean Custard Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
This is delicious. It's pretty rich though, better have some ice cold milk handy. The one thing I will change next time however is to reduce the amount of clove. It was a little over powering.
