Best Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This is an awesome recipe!! It's such a nice mix between fudgy and cake-like brownies with fantasticly crispy sides. I doubled the recipe, using one less egg and baked it for 30 minutes in a dark metal pan. I also added chocolate chips right before baking. I will definitely be making these again!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
Great recipe! I will definitely make it again. I used dairy and soy free butter due to allergies, and sincce it has a low melting point I didn't melt it before mixing. The only criticism I have is that it too much vanilla as written. I'll use way less next time.

Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
I had to substitute dairy and soy free butter, but other than that I made no changes. They were delicious! The only negative thing to say is that they became stale quickly, but they still tasted great!

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I am dairy and soy free since my nursing baby has those allergies. So I have to use cocoa powder, canola oil, and dairy/soy free margarine for this recipe. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't stupendous either. Which is perfectly fine for me since I haven't had brownies in 4 months! I will have to look for a better recipe though.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Great recipe!! I replaced a cup of white flour with whole wheat flour and used milk instead of yogurt. I also sprinkled raw sugar on top. The kids and I love these and will be making them many more times!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2008
I only rated this 3 stars since I had to change it so much, but the end product was delicious! I used a combo of tips from the other reviews. We like crisper, dryer cassaroles. -Cook the box of stuffing and set aside about a cup for the topping. -I used about a 3/4 can of mushrom soup and 3/4 container of sour cream. No mayo or milk. -Sauteed broccoli and fresh mushrooms for a few minutes. Cooked chiken in frying pan with olive oil. -Mix all ingredients adding cheese. Top with more cheese and the rest of the stuffing and cook till heated through. My husband loved it and he usually doesn't like my cooking. :-p

These were wonderful!! They were gone within a day and a half. My kids loved them. I used frozen blueberries instead of fresh. I also left off the topping and sprinkled the batter with raw sugar befor they baked. Perfect!!

Herb Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2007
This was awesome!! I hadn't intended on making this, but I was looking up how long to cook a roast and saw that I had everythign on hand for it. I only subbed Apple Cider Vinegar for regular vinegar, and I also added a teaspoon more cornstarch to make the glaze a little thicker. I think this will be my default pork recipe. My 4 year old had 3 helpings!!
