I haven't reviewed many recipes, but this one has been such a lifesaver for me. I have used this recipe so many times, and the key is that I make my own barbecue sauce. I mix ketchup, brown sugar, a little molasses, liquid smoke, onion powder, salt & pepper to taste. The liquid smoke makes this taste a lot like pulled pork. My husband is a huge pulled pork fan, and he loved this and said he thought it was pork before I told him!! I don't add the extra brown sugar since my sauce sweetens it enough with the brown sugar and molasses I add to it. Doing the chicken breasts frozen works the best for me, because usually chicken breasts dry out so fast when they are put in thawed. Wonderful recipe! Thank you for posting!
