Ranch Ham Roll-Ups

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
I make this for almost every potluck. I always get lots of requests for the recipe.

Another Pork Chop Casserole

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
It was edible. Very blah. Husband said it tasted like military food. I used frozen hash browns instead of tater tots otherwise I pretty much followed the recipe. Also added milk like a previous poster said. I cooked for 40 minutes and my pork chops were still pink. I won't make this again.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: May 28, 2009
Loved these. I was looking for a different kind of cookie and this is it! My husband even likes them and he is picky when it comes to sweets. I was low on peanut butter and had to use part margarine and part crisco but they are still fabulous. Cooked for about 9 minutes and are still gooey. I also added about 2 tablespoons milk to the chocolate and used Ghiradelli cocoa which is the best!

Broccoli Ham Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2009
Yummy! I used turkey stuffing and I smashed the cooked broccoli with a pastry cutter. I like my broccoli mushy and small. Next time I will half the butter and use a little less cheese so I can get the points down for Weight Watchers.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
This turned out good but only because I added a entire bottle of Bulls Eye BBQ. I put everything in a crockpot and the sauce had a weird tang and was really watery. Not a typical BBQ sauce.

Macaroni Ham Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
This was a hit. I don't like eggs or pickles but there was just enough in this to be good for me. If you like more pickle flavor then add more chopped pickle or maybe some pickle juice. Otherwise this is perfect. Everyone enjoyed.

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
This was really good. I used crescent rolls for one and flaked biscuits for the other and ate for dinner. I will also try it with sausage and bacon.

Creamy White Layers

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
Not worth your time. This is too dense and no flavor. It is edible but not something that people say Wow to. I stored in fridge and it was really hard to cut through it. Not a moist cake.

Meaty Buns Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
This is different. If I made it again I would leave the buns out until after it is done and then pour the sauce over a bun. It was edible but not awesome.

Skillet Pasta and Beef Dinner

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
Mix between spaghetti and hamburger helper but not quite as good as either one. I do appreciate how easy it was though. I kept having to add water and cooked noodles a lot longer.

Hamburger Buns

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
I followed the advice of other reviewers on how to combine the ingredients and how to raise with hot water, but they still did not raise enough for hamburger buns, even after an hour. They are pretty good dinner rolls though.

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
I made this into 12 muffins and cooked for 24 minutes, no other changes. Turned out delicious and got tons of compliments! You can make about 2-3 dozen with one small pie pumpkin.

Chicken Fried Venison Steaks

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
I followed this pretty closely and it is pretty much inedible. Way too much cornmeal and the gravy turned out thick as paste. I have to find something else for dinner now.

Chicken, Cheese, and Biscuits

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Yummy! I used canned mushrooms, green beans and cubed potatoes. Increased the cheese and used Bisquick. Everyone liked in my family. The only problem was the biscuits were still doughy after 14 minutes.

Awesome! I cut the soup in half also, otherwise followed exactly. Didn't need dip just ate it plain.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
This recipe was awesome! I've never made zucchini bread but I will be now. I took it to a potluck and everyone raved about it. I used golden zucchini and added extra.
