Chinese Napa Cabbage Salad

So good!! A very light and delicious salad. I made it for a Chinese themed supper club and it was excellent. I also made it a 2nd time with a mushroom flavored ramen and it was equally good! Thanks!!

Excellent! I made this for a San Fran themed dinner party and used Ghirardhelli chocolate, reduced fat cream cheese and added an extra 1/4 c. cream to the ganache - it was fabulous!! I also made a Raspberry Sauce with a package of frozen raspberries and 1/2 c. sugar reduced over high heat and strained...it was an exellent addition and contrasted with the sweet cake! I will definitely make this again!!

Banana Cream Pie II

This is the BEST banana cream pie ever!! It was so easy and seriously addictive. Everyone who tried it, loved it and said that it tasted like it was from a bakery. I will definitely be making this again!

Better Than Sex Cake I

I absolutely LOVED this recipe!! And so did my boyfriend and his roommates. I added 1/2 jar of carmel topping to the sweetened condensed milk and I also used 5 toffee bars on top. I liked the cake the day that I made it, but found it was SO good the next day after the milk had soaked into the cake. This is a keeper for sure!!!!
