About this Cook
I started cooking professionally when I got my first job at 16 in a locally owned Italian Restaurant. I started cooking for my family using many of the recipes I used at work. As I got older I learned how to tweak it into my own. When I was 20 years old I got a job at a Bakery and learned how to make many pastries and fresh breads.
My favorite things to cook
I like making Stir fry's and Asian food at home. It's healthier and tastes a lot better. I love to bake cookies to quick breads, fresh rolls or cakes. And especially cheesecakes, during the holiday's I am always expected to bring one along.
My cooking triumphs
For my one nieces 3rd birthday I made her a Bunny cake. She was so excited when she saw it. Her eyes just lit up and screamed "It's a bunny, I love bunnies".
My cooking tragedies
I was making a double recipe cake which was going to be decorated like the game board Candy Land for my husbands birthday party. After putting the first layer of frosting on, I wanted to cool it down in the fridge. As I was putting it in the fridge it hit the side of the door and dropped on the floor. It was already too late to make a new one so I made a cookie pizza at like 2 in the morning, everyone still loved it and few new what happened to the Candy Land cake that night.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
Congrats on a wonderful recipe. You're so lucky to have found this recipe in a poor mans coat pocket. I wish there more people out there to take what was not yours so we could have many more excellent recipes like this! Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Pesto Paninis
These are the best sandwiches! I make mine with just tomato, no peppers or onions. I even make them for the women and children I cook for at the shelter I work. And home made pesto is even better!
