Banana Pudding IV
I made this recipe for a bible study and was worried since I had never tried it before. I did make a few changes. I used one 3.4oz box of Vanilla instant and one of Banana instant pudding and I used the entire tub of whipped topping in the pudding mixture. I used a clear bowl and layered the wafers, bananas and pudding. Looked GREAT!! Everyone LOVED it and wanted more. I have been asked to make it again three different times. Great recipe!!!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
I just made this recipe. I made 1 loaf and 6 muffins. The muffins were done in 30 minutes and the loaf was done in 55. I did follow some of the changes, used baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon half white/brown sugar and pecans. I used more bananas becuase my husband loves the flavor of banana. The muffins came out about and there are already four of the six gone and I have only had half of one....the rest my husband ate. He works at Texas Motor Speedway in the food and beverage area and he said that this is better than what they sell there. Love it!!! OMG it is moist and soft and delish!!! Thank you!

Simple Scones
I just made these for my husband. I did use the food processer and it was great!!! The only changes I made was that I used 1 c flour 1 cup oatmeal (1/2 c while mixing with butter then added other 1/2 c and did two pulses) I did not have sourcream so I used vanilla yogurt. made 1/2 orange cranberry and the other half cocunut choc chips. I got 12 each. I was entering the information on my calorie calculator and when I looked up at the scones 6 of them were gone!!!! My husband ate 6 of them within 5 minutes of them coming out of the oven! They were delish! very easy and fast to make. I will be making these in different flavors again!!! Thank you so much for the recipe Love it!
