Broiled Red Potatoes

I LOVE these potatoes! This is an excellent recipe - the only thing I added was a little bit of garlic salt. Also, try to make slices even and slightly thick - thin edges get burnt under the broiler. Again, VERY tasty!

Soft Breadsticks

I also used 1/4 C more flour as others mentioned and added 1/2 tsp garlic to dough. I baked the breadsticks at 425 for 12 minutes. Rolled in 2T butter and garlic and spinkled w/ parmesan cheese before baking. Brushed 1T butter and garlic on half way through baking. Trick is to handle dough as little as possible and you won't have problems w/ stickiness. Overall, really loved how they turned out.

Stuffed Peppers for Two

I loved these peppers. I used ground Italian sausage instead of beef. I also used 1/2 T Montreal Steak Seasoning and one clove minced garlic of the salt and pepper. I also forgot the blanching step by accident but the peppers turned out wonderful.

Garlic Butter

I didn't have all the ingredients so I ommitted the minced garlic, ground pepper, and paprika, but I must say I that loved the outcome! It was SO yummy! I scaled it 8 servings which is 1/2 cup of butter which I spread on a loaf of french bread that was cut in half lengthwise and put it under the broiler for a few minutes. My husband and I gobbled it up!

Amish White Bread

My husband and I devoured this yummy bread! We only had all-purpose flour, but the bread turned out just fine. Perhaps next time I might use slightly less sugar, but it is guranteed I will be making this bread often.

Lemon-Lime Soda Gelatin Salad

By the time the gelatin finally set, the cream cheese had risen to the top and made a layer that was pretty awful tasting. Not a good recipe, and I would never make it again.

I LOVE love this recipe!! Wonderful and worth the wait! Putting foil over the rolls for most of the baking time saved from over browning.
