Tasty Buckwheat Pancakes
I substituted 1/2 cup white spelt flour for the wheat flours. let is rest for 15 min as per previous recommendations. it was really nice and light. very filling too.

Alex's Raw Chocolate Pudding
it had a bitter taste to it - not sure why.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup
delicious. I roasted a whole head of garlic while I roasted the cauliflower and then added that to the soup instead of the garlic powder. I also added more stock since the soup came out quite thick.
