White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

These are fabulous! I upped the brown sugar to 1 cup and added chocolate chunks and mini chocolate chips. They are very soft when they come out of the oven, but when they cool they are wonderfully chewy!

Storybook Gingerbread Men

Pretty good and easy to make-- not very sweet, definitely needs some icing, but other than that, a very good dough to work with. Bakes to be the same brown as the raw dough was.
