Tuna Noodle Casserole

Really Great!! I added garlic and pepper and used cream of chicken instead of mushroom. I also used crumbled Ritz crackers on top.

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole

This was good. I added Cajun seasoning and some green onion. Skipped the mushrooms. It was very rich though.

King Crab Appetizers

Loved them! Used mini-Fillo cups and added some additional seasonings for enhanced flavor.
