Five stars for easy, five stars for delicious, five stars for fast! Moist and not as heavy as I was anticipating. I added a bit more apple, combination of granny smith and red delicious, used pecans and decreased the sugar by just a quarter cup. I also didn't have butterscotch chips but you all have to try the cinnamon chips!!! Thank you for a great recipe.

Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)

Awesome recipe! The dough was very easy to make and the pierogis were simple to assemble. I had no issues with them falling apart in the water. After I made them, I placed them in the refrigerator for the length of time it took for about 1 hour. This recipe makes plenty! Enough for quite a few meals if you use them as a side dish. I froze 40 of them for another day. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Great recipe! I used pancetta instead of bacon and the results were wonderful. You have to really work fast at the end putting it all together to get the best result and silky sauce. This is going in my recipe box and I will definitely use it again. An all-around great quick carbonara.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I've made a lot of apple pies using different recipes. The taste was good, but way too much juice. It just didn't thicken. I believe that I should have used more flour in the sugar mixture. Perhaps my Granny Smith's were just too juicy. I still gave it 3 stars and will probably try it again and will tweak the recipe just a bit.

White Texas Sheet Cake

Delicious! Used just a slightly larger pan which gave a thinner layer of icing! Very rich and buttery. This recipe is already in my recipe box for the future.
