Campbell's Skillet Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I had Kroger brand traditional spagetti sauce on hand and used that for the sauce. I flattened four chicken breast and then dipped them in egg/milk mixture. Then layered them with Italian style bread crumbs. After that they went into some olive oil to fry. I put all four once cooked through in two cups of the sauce and put mozz cheese on top with a little parmesian/ covered and let cook for about ten minutes. The additional sauce was used with cooked spagetti noodles and then served up with the chicken parmesan on top. Delicious!!!

Sausage French Bread Pizza

Reviewed: May 13, 2011
I purchased store made fresh french bread from Walmart to make this receipe. I also toasted my bread with olive oil as the spread for 8 minutes at 450 before I put the sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and italian sausage on the pizza. I used Kraft pizza blend cheese and melted it with the toppings in the microwave because I did not want the bread to get any toaster then it already was. Everyone loved it even the kids. Thanks :)

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2011
I had a lot of leftover chicken breast and needed something easy to make. I just mixed cilantro, juice from one lime, red wine vinegar, some salt, pepper, and a little sugar and through it all in the crock pot. The results were juicy and the smell yummy. Next time maybe I could add even more lime because I love lime flavor and you only tasted maybe a hint if any.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
I got a similar recipe from Taste of Home and it was very good I think this may be the same thing but the one I used had modifications that made it awesome, it also served 16 and the changes are... instead of just 2 cans of beans 2 cans dark kidney beans 2 cans light kidney beans instead of tomato sauce a 14 oz jar of pizza sauce or almost similar size only one medium onion instead of green pepper use a 4 oz can of green chilis instead of 2 TBSP chili use 4 TBSP chili. Cook in the crockpot for 6 hours after onions,, garlic, and meat have been finished and put with all of the other ingrediants in the crockpot
