Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
these got lots of comments at a church gathering and from my husband who ate 4 of them! I used most of the sauce inside of the roles and a little on the outside with a brush, I used 1 TB of sesame seeds instead of poppy seeds. I brought Walmart roles which came in a 24 pack which had a little bit of a sweet taste to them. I will be cooking them agian soon! Thanks

The cookie tasted really plain I followed all the recipe but I did freeze the reeses and put the cookies in the refrigerater once they were done. Next time I would add more peanut butter so the cookie can have more of a peanut butter taste

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2007
I only give it a 4 because the person who posted this recipe needs to add butter to the recipe. I added 1/4 cup but it needed more like 3/4 for the chocolate to be more smooth. Also you need more sugar I used 2 cups, other then that it turned out great I had to stir forever.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
I do not know if I will ever make them again, I had alot of extra coconut left over and needed a recipe with ingrediants I had at home. My two year old son helped me make them. They are very flat, but also very moist. I used 1 tsp vanilla extract. My son loved them very much.

Baked Penne with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2008
I gave it a four because my husband said it did not taste very good, but I thought it tasted just fine and so did my two year old. I used a can of 14.5 oz basil, oregano, and garlic flavored tomatoes, 6 oz can of tomato paste and then I used the 14.5 oz can once it was empty and poured in some 4 cheese spagetti sauce. I also did not use wine and added a little more oregano, and some garlic, I used an Italian Cheese blend on top. It was super easy to make.

Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
I made this for my husband when we first got together over 3 years ago, he loved it Tuna Casserole is his favorite. The only thing he likes diffrent is two cans of peas, he loves them. He also said there was no need to add cheese or onions that it still tasted the same. I think this recipe tasted even better.
