Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
I only had one package of vanilla pudding at the house so that's what I used and I love spices so I added some extra cinnamon and a little pumpkin pie spice and this is AMAZING! This will be my go to recipe from now. My kids (13,4,2) love them as well. I think next time I will try adding some walnuts too. Also, I made one good sized loaf and 18 muffins!

Cabbage Jambalaya

We loved it! I made it as is other than just a few changes to spices based on personal tastes. My kids LOVED it- ages 12, 3, and 1. They all gobbled it up!

Quinoa and Black Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
We loved this! I did make some changes of course and my family chowed down! First, I didn't have cilantro so it was left out but I bet it's amazing with it. Second, I left out the corn due to personal tastes. I added some chopped tomatoes and used green onions (a lot, we love onion) At the end I mixed it with some plain shredded chicken and used it as a soft taco filling. It was WONDERFUL! My three year old is a good eater as it is but he could not get enough. A great keeper and something I will make again and again

Baked Chicken Broccoli and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
Well, the flavor is very good but I did make some changes of course. :0) I added a bit more garlic, some bread crumbs to the top, seasoned salt, and some onion. But I am not sure what rice cooks in 45 minutes in this, mine ended up needing a good hour and 40 minutes for the rice to not be crunchy.

I have been looking for a great blueberry muffin recipe and after a few tweaks I have found it! I add some cinnamon and vanilla and then did some butter, brown sugar and flour for the tops. YUMMY!

No Bake Camping Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
The taste is great- we added 1/3 cup peanut butter as well, but they are so sticky and hard to roll. We ended up adding 2/3 cups more oats to try to make up for the PB and they were still really hard to roll.

Candy Cane Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2010
I love these! We didn't put candy on top, made them red & green so they looked like candy canes and added the 1/2 cup white sugar to the mix. I made them with my kids and we had a blast

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Huge hit! We used creamy PB, and half butter/half shortening cause I ran out of butter and they are amazing. Very soft with great PB flavor

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I'm giving this 4 stars because I think it's an awesome base recipe. I added a few things and took out the water. I only used half the ketshup plus one small can of tomato sauce, added some red wine vinegar, a bit of hot sauce, and a chopped onion and red pepper. My family LOVED it and everyone had seconds.

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2010
I **LOVE** these! And my 2 year old can't get enough of them. I didn't have all the spices so I used 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice and also used 15oz canned pumpkin. I ended up with 24 regular muffins and 6 huge ones- we are fine with that many though! This is a keeper!

It's very plain and bland if you make as is. I liked it but it's needed to be spiced up some

One of my favorite cookies and these turned out awesome! They are perfect for letting my 2 year old help too- I just put the sugar and cinnamon in a ziploc bag and let him shake it to coat the cookies

Easy Chocolate Cupcakes

They are very good and easy to make but do turn out a tad on the dry side. To really kick up the flavor, I added 2 tbsp of brewed coffee.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
Well at first I thought you are not supposed to make the pudding, but I read a review saying they didn't and the cookies were brittle so I made the pudding. I read reviews later saying you just add the mix- they still cooked ok with prepared pudding in them and the flavor was amazing but they taste more like a cake with chocolate chips than a cookie. I will for sure try them again but for now I have a massive amount of chocolate chip cookie batter to make
