Spicy Grilled Shrimp

I love how easy this was. Per the advise of several other reviewers I only used 1 tsp of salt. It paired well with roasted veggies and basmati rice.

Apricot Glazed Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
I normally shy away from any recipe from a company, but this was really good. I followed the suggestions of another member and omitted the chicken broth, added a Tb of onion soup mix, and browned the tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and garlic. I also, cut the preserves in half. This had a wonderful savory flavor.

Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Great recipe. I only gave it four stars because I altered the recipe just a bit. I used real eggs instead of a "substitute" (figured if I'm using mayo and butter why not use real eggs). They came out really well. I took some other reviewers advice and refrigerated them for about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you T. Kent!!!

Corn Dogs

It takes only one word to describe this recipe... PERFECTION. I've never made corn dogs before, so I wasn't sure how these would turn out. Everyone raved about them. Thank you Suzzanna!

I used cabbage from some left over corn beef and cabbage my dad had made (I think it really gave it a lot of flavor). Thank you for a delicious recipe.

Beer-Baked Irish Beef

Thank you pollock1231! We absolutely loved this recipe. The only modification I made was switching parsley for basil (only because I forgot to buy the parsley). I think this will be a St. Patty's tradition.

Crawfish Chowder

This was a BIG hit. I would give this six stars if I could. I doubled the cream cheese like suggested by other members, and used cream of potato dry mix instead of the canned soups. I also added smoked sausage, and added bay seasoning along with the cayenne. I will definitely will be making this again. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!!

Great recipe. I did a few modifications. I didn't use any cornmeal, and used italian style bread crumbs. I sprinkled some fresh dill and capers on top before it went in the oven. Thank you for for a fantastic recipe!

Now this is what I call comfort food!!! The only thing I changed was adding a jar of pepperoncinis with the juice. This will definitely be a game day staple!

Taco Pie

I followed the recipe except I added a little pepper jack to spice it up. It is definitely not a low fat meal, but anyone with common sense would know that before making it. So there shouldn't be any need to scold the submitter.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but they fell apart on the grill. Even though they were not aesthetically pleasing they had a great earthy flavor. I will definitely try these again.

This recipe was so easy to make. I added a dash of ground red pepper to give it an extra kick, and let it cook overnight in a slow cooker. A crowd plaeser!
