Baked Tofu Bites

By far the BEST tofu recipe. I could never get used to tofu taste, but this is is flavorful. I didn't have the sesame seeds, but I followed the rest of the recipe.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Perfect! My kids will even eat the crust. I make mine in a bread machine and have no problems. When I want to "spice" things up I add 1 tsp garlic poweder and 1 Tbsp of fresh minced basil. But this recipe truely needs nothing, it's great!

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

The flakiest! I used the idea of one person to use a grader to shred the butter. It came out even better the second time. Thanks for the great recipe and tips!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Wow! Great Flavor. I added about a TBsp. of fresh cilantro, and fried my own tortilla chips(white corn tortillas). The whole family loved this one.

Gluten-Free Yellow Cake

Much better than any Gluten-Free box cake. Great Flavor! Kinda gritty because of Rice Flour, but like one person posted I'm sure super fine rice flour would make this cake more smooth.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
