About this Cook
My favorite family cooking traditions
A Guacamole recipe that has been passed down through 3 generations of women in Mexico. Mmmmm....
My cooking triumphs
Every day that I don't burn down the kitchen is a triumph! =p
My cooking tragedies
Anything that needs to be baked for longer than 45 minutes tends to get forgotten about until over an hour later.

Guacamole Deviled Eggs
This is weird, but Okay. To prevent them from turning brown in the refrigerator, put seran wrap over the top and make sure no air gets to the guac. Oxygen is what turns them brown.
