Amish Breakfast Casserole
WAY lacked salt, pepper, & something else. I'm thinking a touch of cayenne (not to be spicy...just a little "something"). Plus, by the time you make the bacon crispy, the onions are scorched. Next time I will start the bacon on it's own and add onion when the bacon is close to done. I will make it (with more flavor) and review again.
