My cooking triumphs
At college I took nutrition course hoping that I could become a Nutritionist, but alas I changed my mind and pursued other interests. However, what I did get out of one of my courses was a great recipe for Cheesecake. Oh! My goodness the first time I ever baked was for a college club bake sale and I decided to use the recipe. I spent hours baking and then on the day of the bake sale I brought it in and left it to my club members to sell. I had hoped to eat it, but I did not. When I returned to the bake sale 3 hours later, my cake was GONE! Not only that, they sold each piece for $3.00! I was astounded! Many years later, I wish I had tried a piece just to see how my first creation had tasted, but what a memory it has left for me!

Mustard Onion Pork Chops
This was a great and to the point recipe. I just added onions, green bell peppers, salt and black ground pepper to flavor. It tasted great with rice. My boyfriend said it was "good" and he didn't even know that it was mustard! Thanks for the recipe!
