Apricot-Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
Loved this! Used 1/2 apricot jam and 1/2 Dijon mustard and made extra to pour on your own serving. I'm not a fruit with meat fan and neither is my father but we both really enjoyed it. 6 of us polised off one 2 1/2lb tenderloin. So easy you have to give it a try.

Cherry Pie III

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2008
This was great! We rarely make desserts but this week we made the cherry pie and used the filling on a no bake cheese cake, both were wonderful. We doubled the cherries to 4 cups and used 1/2 cup sugar. My mothers review was it was "the best cherry pie she ever had".

This was really good. I thought maybe a little sweet but my husband loved it. We had it on ribs and on a pulled pork roast. Both were a hit.

Mulligatawny Soup I

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
I made this soup for class of grade 3 children studying India. I thought it might be a bit much for them but they loved it and had 3 and 4 servings. They liked it WITHOUT the cream. I used cut up chicken and made my stock with that and then added the meat back in. Thanks for the recipe.

We love this corn. I don't like it sweet so I don't add the sugar, but it's great

Basic Beef Stock

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
I think this is the only way to make ALL soup stocks (turkey, ham and chicken). I usually use only the celery, carrots, peppercorns and a whole onion (with skin on, it adds color)and discard it all after simmering. Thanks for posting, your soups will never have more flavor. m

This was our first attempt at pickles and the results couldn't have been better. We did soak the cuc's and they stayed nice and crispy. Even some ladies in the family that have been making pickles for years, asked for the recipe. Thanks for sharing
