Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
I loved this! I used milk as suggested and because of the comments about the consistency of the cookies, i.e. cake like, I pressed the dough into a 9 x 13 pan. The came out like brownies and were wonderful. I also used splenda brown sugar mix and regular spenda in place of the sugar. I used butter flavored Pam to coat the pan.

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
The fish turns out great. The sauce is not quite right. Worth making the fish and serve with spicy salsa, cabbage and avocado. If you find a better sauce, please post here.

Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
This is awesome. I used 99% fat free which was a little dry, but the flavor was great! I think a 7% would be perfect.

Southern-Style Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
I did not like this recipe. First, there was too much breading if you dipped it twice in the buttermilk and flour mixture as the recipe suggest. Second, I didn't like the spice combination. Couldn't taste the cayenne pepper from the buttermilk mix (I used 60,000 HU) and I know it's only onion and garlic powder in the flour mixture, but it really dominated what little flavor this recipe has.

Best Beef Dip Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2008
The meat turned out perfect, but the soy sauce overwhelmed the recipe. I used beef broth and added garlic, still wasn't enough to overcome the soy. Next time, I will just use beef broth, garlic, water and herbs.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2008
Awesome! You don't need to add flour, just spend the time reducing the butter cream mixture ( I used 1/2 heavy cream and 1/2 1%). I used my own pesto -- 2 cups basil, 1/2 cup parmesean, 1/2 pine nuts, and 1/2 cup olive oil and garlic to taste -- 2 or 3 cloves. I did add garlic to the butter, sauteed, then added the cream/milk.

Ciabatta

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2007
I was looking for a bread machine recipe when this came up. This works great! Use the french bread setting, but extend the last rise by 30 minutes. Great flavor, good sandwich bread. Makes 1 loaf.
