Easy Cranberry Orange Relish

This is the way I have always made my cran relish with one exception. When I made it this year it seemed like something was missing. As I was cleaning up my processing area I saw the granny smith apple. When I added it, my relish was complete. I do think the apple completes it. As others said the sugar is added gradually. I use about 1/3 brown to 2/3 white sugar. Happy Thanksgiving.

Tasty Spaghetti Sauce

I will make this adding sm cubes of yellow and zucchinis squash extra onion to taste & fresh mushrooms and 1/2 -1 C red wine. Simmer 2 hours. I feel confidant this is a good recipe. I frequently make vegetarian sauce using purchased sauce and adding the above. Loved by everyone. PJ

Grilled Lemon Chicken

This is a great recipe, we have made it for years. I got a Sunset cookbook for beginners. A very similar recipe was in it. My new daughter in law tried it and it has been a family favorite. We marinate it for at least 1 hour. It can get 'grainy' if you use more lemon and marinate to long. Enjoy.

LaMama Raisin Burgers

I had a recipe for meatloaf that was on a raisin box, very similar to this, several years ago. Because my husband had a distaste for raisins, I put them in the blender with some of the moisture. He loved the meatloaf. He never knew for several years. I feel confident that this recipes will will be equally good and am looking forward to these burgers. I will respond after I make these. Thanks

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but after reading most of the reviews, I will use low fat buttermilk instead of egg or oil. Not only will it enhance the ranch dressing it will be lower in fat. I know w/o trying this will be an excellent fish recipe. If I change my mind I will retract my review. I always use b'milk instead of egg for my recipes. I don't like the egg taste on my chicken or fish.
