First time to make pizza dough; Easy recipe , However I'm not sure if it's just me, but I taste an excess amount of oil. I'm not positive if that's what it is that I'm tasting. Something just seems a bit off here. Next time, I might try using olive oil in place of the vegetable oil. Even though vegetable oil is usually intended to bake with, I feel olive oil would be healthier, as well as a little less overpowering. After baking the dough, I was weary at first due to the texture being kind of uncooked/soggy. After waiting a few minutes, it hardened a bit. Also, I may add my own choice of seasoning because the dough seemed a bit bland. Overall, I gave this a 3 for being so quick and easy to make. Looks like a beautiful dough, the taste in the end isn't as good as it looks on the outside.
