Born with a silver spoon in my mouth, I been very spoiled, I had 2 maids and 1 nanny waiting on me and around the house. I took interest in cooking at a very young age. My mom was so mad, dad was very supportive. I love to cook and shop. I do lots of charity work and donate time and money

I made Thanksgiving dinner for 12 at the age of 18. T told dad I want to do cook dinner a by myself. I was a extraordinary dinner.My mom finaly was prod of my cooking and some of the other rich girls wanted to learn. The was the beganing of the Upperwest Side Girls Cooking Club

Perfect Flat Iron Steak
This is the perfect flat iron stake. Does not need any thing on top, like sautéed mushroom maybe a little A1 steak sauce.. This is better than any Felit Mignon I have ever had. This is a 10 star recipe. Is on my next dinner party menu. My hubby and I had it for lunch today he wanted more. Thank for this recipe.

Yucca Frita
The Upperwest side girls got together to do some new side for Thanksgiving. This one did not make the cut. It was lack in flavor and the lemon juices does not cut it. I recommend season the Yucca sticks before frying them. I would use garlic powder , onion powder, salt, and peeper, then deep fry. This should do the trick

Cuban-Style Yucca
The Upperwest side girls got together to do some new side for Thanksgiving. This one was the best for all the cassava/yucca recipe. The yucca need to cook a little longer than 15 minutes. It was very good and it made the list for The upperwest side girls thanksgiving feast of 45 people. It easy and very good. It a keeper. Thanks Cocina jnots
