Oven Scrambled Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Tried this today, cut it down to 2 people, was very easy and extremly lite. Only had cream cheese and added onion and garlic powder for just the first time, did not want to take away fron the recipe. Was very good, gonna make this for the crowd when we go camping, will be easy to do. Oh yea, omitted the butter and used Pam a little heavy since lots of people said how much oil/butter was sitting in the bottom.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
This soup was fantastic. Made it as written, with the addition of a little more sausage, used bulk italian instead of link. We made this for our daughter and son in law when they came in for christmas, they loved it. Stuck the left overs in the fridge and after they left we had some for dinner, the tortalinnis sucked up all the juice, just took some out of the bowl, added more beef stock and reheated, was even better. One thing I made a mistake was, went to the store to buy beef broth and grabbed chicken instead. Didn't notice till I was making it, added that andtwo tsp of beef crystal broth, was the bomb. Will definatley make again. Tried it cold before warming up and great flavor, could even serve it without being a soup with cheese sprinkled on top, very flavorful.

Best recipe for tortilla soup. Only recipe I have ever used as is. Make it quite often, have taken it to soup parties, always a hit. Don't change a thing.

Morelos Salsa Verde

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2008
I finally have found the best green salsa. I have tried many and they were never the ones. This is the best I have ever found. Just made it and followed the directions which rarely do, only guidlines. Did add 1/2 small onion and 1/2 bunch of cilantro. Tried it and was great, wife tried it and thought it was the bomb and couldn't stop eating it, even got a slice of bagget out and tried it on that. She said it could use a little sugar, added 1 pinch was good added 1 more pinch and it is a keeper. This will be the only salsa i make from now on. Thanks for this one.
