Pineapple Pork Chops
This was just OK. I made it at first exactly as stated, then tasted it. The sauce was pretty bland. I added more brown sugar, ginger and the remaining pineapple juice I had (probably about 1/3 cup) and it got better. The pork chops did come out tough, as others have stated. Served it with rice and a frozen veggie mix and it was pretty good, except the tough meat. If I ever make this again, I'll be sure to sautee and season the chops so they're tender and flavorful. Serving with peppers and onions would add to the flavor as well.

Classic Goulash
I lost my old recipe for American Chop Suey and this one came pretty close. I added a chopped red pepper, but otherwise kept the recipe the same. I think next time I'll use beef broth instead of water to enhance the flavor a bit. The seasoning was good and the consistency was perfect. Served it topped with shredded cheddar and with garlic bread. Very good recipe and one that can withstand additions (shredded carrot, chopped zucchini, chopped mushrooms, etc.). This will become a regular in our house!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
For a homemade sauce, this is quick, easy and tasty! And the only things I did different was to use fresh garlic instead of powdered and added a dash of nutmeg. The only reason why I didn't give this five stars was the whole stick of butter! It makes it taste good but, holy moly! The coronary! :o)
