Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
I love cooking this meal. It is soo simple yet it is always great. I normally do both cheddar and pepper jack cheeses. This gives it an extra kick. I also change the pasta to corkscrew. This makes it easiers to pick up with a fork. Other than than. This is by far, must most successful dish

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2008
OMG!!! I am so proud!! I made a cheesecake. And it came out soo good. This is my proudest baking moment!! Every step was so easy. I would do as some one suggested and combine the flour and sugar. I did have a few bits of clumpy flour, but that was me only issue. It was wonderful

Made these and they would have been great. One small problem,.... I forgot to put in the Vanilla Extract. Soo, I guess you know how that turned out. Yeah. However every part of the process was really easy. Im going to try again this weekend.

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2007
OMG!!! I made this last night, and my boyfriend LOVED it. I did do like the others and brown the pork chops in a TBSP of butter, 1/4 cup of onions and TBSP of garlic. I after letting them bake in the 350 degree oven, i turn the oven up to 400 for about 15 minutes. Then uncovered. They were the best pork chops I've ever cooked. Im making them again tonight.//Ok so I made it again less than 24 hours later. Even better. 2 thumbs up
