i thought this was delicious! i halved the recipe.. baked it in a 8x8" pan and made my own icing by using brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla and a touch of water to thin it out.. it was great and made a nice sugary topping.

Blueberry Buckle

i loved this, a great way to use fresh picked blueberries.. however i didn't care for the topping, i didn't like the texture. my family disagreed so i'm still giving it five stars. really delicious!

this is my favorite cookie! i have been using this recipe for years. for the person who gave this recipe 1 star.. seriously? what could merit a 1 star rating unless the product was inedible or downright horrible? i am an avid baker and cookie maker and these are delicious! similar to mrs.fields. they are soft, peanut buttery and oh so good! this is the only peanut butter cookie recipe i will ever use. thanks so much joey!

Anniversary Chicken I

this is restaurant quality.. i don't even like ranch dressing and i loved this. i used 'real' bacon instead of bits and a jack cheese blend as it melts better. i'd give it 10 stars if i could!

this is so delicious! i make it all the time to use up overripe bananas. i use a 9x13" pan and bake it about 10 minutes longer. its so good! we all love it.

i have this and the other recipe for souvlaki on this site. i use them both but i have to say, this one is my favorite. the flavors blend so well together. i always use chicken, marinate it overnight and then grill and serve with ziki sauce on pita bread. mmm!!
