Mom's Simple Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2010
This is the dumpling recipe I've always used, it's also in the old Betty Crocker cookbook. You can't go wrong with it, so good on beef soup/stew on a chilly fall evening!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
This is basically the same way I make it, but I've never used evaporated milk (always use 2%), and I've got to say the evap. milk makes it much better! I used the whole can of milk, and 2 cans of tuna. It's good and easy!

Campbell's® Quick and Easy Chicken, Broccoli and Brown Rice Dinner

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
I've been fixing chicken like this for years, usually with potatoes instead of rice. I never thought of it as being bland. I love it!

Tater Tot Bake

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
I think this is a great recipe when you want to fix something fast and filling. I used almost 2 pounds of ground beef, which I browned up with some onion, salt and pepper to taste. To that I added about 3/4 pound of frozen green beans, 2 cans of mushroom soup, and 1/2 can of milk. Poured that mixture into a 13X9" glass pan, topped with some grated cheddar cheese, then arranged 3/4 or so of a 32oz bag tater tots on top. Baked for 40 min or so at 350 degrees. Yum!
