Baked Ziti I

I thought this was good. I followed another user's suggestions and used ricotta cheese instead of sour cream, and I cut out the provolone. I thought it was still missing a little something... maybe garlic? Overall, a good dish. Plenty of leftovers to freeze. I will definitely make again, maybe with sour cream and provolone instead like the original recipe suggests.

Baked Potato Soup

WOW this was the best potato soup! I did what others recommended and added a little thyme and cut a little basil. I also added a little cheese when I added the potatoes. Also, I didn't use any bacon and rather just sauteed the onion and garlic in oil. I loved this and will definitely make it again and again!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus

My husband and I loved this this recipe. Easy to make and very yummy. I cut back on cooking time with the asparagus and only had it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Great side dish, will do again.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

I thought this was a great meatloaf recipe. Next time I might use a leaner ground beef to cut some of the grease. I put bread underneath the mixture (as suggested by another user) to help absorb grease and that turned out to be helpful. Overall, very yummy! Will definitely make again :)

Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

My husband and I loved these! They're our new favorite sandwich. Instead of using the broiler we just put them on the skillet on the stove. They're easy to make and taste so yummy! I wouldn't say that the vodka marinara is necessary (it's so expensive) and that any marinara sauce will do. Plus, putting on a little ham gives it a great taste too.

Cupcake Graveyard

These were a hit! They were so fun to make and everyone at the Halloween Party loved them! Great idea! Also, I just used grahm cracker crumbs for the grave dirt and sprinkled it on the cupcake.

Snickerdoodle Mix in a Jar
