Vegan Pancakes

SO good! Added mashed banana, cinnamon, some homemade vanilla. I used raw sugar as some others did. Also substituted almond milk for the water. These are wonderful. These will be our pancakes from now on.

Quinoa Tabbouleh

absolutely wonderful! I used fresh squeezed lime juice, a bit more Himalayan salt, half the olive oil, and threw in a few cloves of fresh crushed garlic = spectacular! Super Yummy!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

I didn't care for these. I thought they would be creamy and have a good crab flavor (I used real, canned crab). They weren't creamy and there were rather bland (couldn't even taste the crab), even with drizzled butter and parmesan baked on top. I won't be making them again.

Caesar Salad Supreme, Kiesa's Version

WONDERFUL! Tweaking included twice the fresh lemon juice and changing the 3/4 c mayo to a halfed homemade mayo and nonfat greek yogurt, thereby cutting more fat calories. We added a little more anchovie paste too. WONDERFUL and fresh. Oh, and I made my croutons by toasting some sourdough bread with a light brushing of butter and fresh garlic instead of doing the croutons they way they were described in the recipe. Sooooo much better than store-bought Caesar dressing (and much healthier!)

Banana Banana Bread

YUM YUM YUM!!! Used whole wheat pastry flour and added a few other things (cinnamon and flax seed) and I even increased the recipe by half again (not quite doubling it) and it turned out moist and so yummy!!!

World's Best Lasagna

This is, by far, the best lasagna recipe! I added more fennel and garlic and followed some of the suggestions made by others, and it is perfect! This is now our 'family' recipe and tradition for our Italian dinner feasts. Tweak it a little to make it your own, and enjoy!

Crab Pasta Salad

Wonderful recipe! Did a few alterations (more dill, more fresh cut vegies, added kalamata olives, used hidden valley ranch instead of creamy italian as was suggested by someone else) and we loved it! Next time I might add just a tidge of horseradish.... just for fun!
